Who will I meet with when interviewing for a position? Should you have a successful phone screen with an AQS Recruiter, you will be scheduled to interview with 2-3 small teams of AQS interviewers including the Hiring Manager. Our process allows a thorough understanding of your career background, skills, and interests. It also provides you, the candidate, with an opportunity to meet several AQS employees and learn what it’s like to be a part of our environment.
When do I get to hear more about the benefits and salary ranges provided? Your AQS Recruiter will provide you with more details on our comprehensive benefit and compensation package as you continue through the AQS interview and hiring process.
What should I wear to the interview if AQS is a casual dress environment? You can wear what you feel is the most appropriate. Business casual is acceptable for an interview at AQS.

What should I expect when I arrive at AQS? You will sign in at the front desk. You will be given a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, as well as a Fair Credit Reporting Act form to complete. Once these are completed and turned back into the receptionist, your interview team will greet you and the interview process will begin.

What are the typical work hours at AQS? The core working hours at AQS are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, flexible work schedules are permitted if discussed and approved by your manager.
